Today Mandy and I began working on patchwork quilts. We bought fabric yesterday and washed it, and today we ironed it and began cutting it into squares. It's a lot of work but they're going to be really pretty when they're finished. Besides, it's fun hanging out with Mandy and talking to her and listening to music and stuff. Today I played her some music from "Moulin Rouge" and the Jimmy Eat World album "Bleed American" (which is really, really good). We also listened to the soundtrack of "Rent", which is, for those of you who don't know about it and are thus uncool (just kidding), a really awesome musical. All in all it was a productive day. I even got to talk to Ben on the phone. I was glad to hear his voice. :-)
