![]() Thursday, May. 30, 2002 - 9:09 a.m. I'm in the computer lab in Creative Writing right now. Mr. Murphy is playing a recording he made of a bird singing. Some girl is asking around for clear nailpolish to fix the run in her stocking. Ashley's checking her email. Typical day... I didn't get to update while I was in Bumble, but not a whole lot of update-worthy stuff happened. Mandy and Gwennie finished my prom dress *waves banner*, and it's beautiful. Sunday I went to Walmart with Daddy on his street/dirt bike, which was pretty cool. Riding on a cycle wearing my combat boots to go buy make-up sounds like a very La thing to do. Tomorrow night is the prom! *waves giant banner and strikes up personal one man band* I'm so excited. After school today I'm going to get a manicure and a pedicure, and give myself a nice (Murph hates that word) facial. Then tomorrow, I'm leaving school early, going home, taking a relaxing bath, and putting my hair up in curlers. I plan to have a robe on and my make-up done by 5 pm. Steph should be at my house by 5:30, at which time she will help me put up my hair and get my dress on. Ben is picking me up at 6:30, then we'll head over to Nick's house where we and about 5 other couples are getting picked up by 2 limos! I can't wait! Prom is officially less then 34 hours away. The excitement builds... ~Hi there, it's Ashley. She wouldn't let me talk for the ENTIRE entry, but I've managed to wrestle the keyboard away from her to make all of my "constructive comments." First of all, ooh, 34 hours. That's like the whole thing on the E! True Hollywood Story of the Brat Pack where they acted like it was a big deal that Emilio Estevez made three million dollars for Mighty Ducks 2. Second, as La thought I would say, whatever happened to the greatest boyfriend ever, also known as George? (Sorry Ben.) Anyway, this is kind of awkward, and now my arm's starting to hurt, so have fun at prom everyone and don't do anything that can have negative results nine months from now!~ Well, there go my prom plans... Thank you, Ashley, for that insightful yet unnecessary commentary.
